eh..this was a hardware issue, not a quality of software issue. It's quite funny to see how people have been so harsh on 37S...everyone is just looking for a crack in a great company/culture/framework.

If salesforce.com/sugarcrm/etc went down for a couple hours would that scratch them from your list?

We have been using accunote (http://www.acunote.com/) for agile project management with very few issues to date. I believe their provider is rails engine yard, or some such.
