While it sounds like a great achievement to be a finalist in this Global Security Challenge competition, but I wonder whether that is just another "hidden investment vehicle" for a venture fund that asks for equity in return for winning the competition, such as Seedcamp?

I was involved last year and they don't take any equity. The winners last year won a half mil in cash. It's a good program. I didn't win but good luck to Brain Fingerprinting and I would encourage you Marcos to enter if you haven't.
