Weren't there other companies that tried to do this before? I distinctly recall some offer a few years ago where you go paid to surf the web.

There were companies that tried this before. The biggest diffrence between them and Agloco I think isnt a money one. Agloco seeks to become A Global Community. The community thing will set them apart.
