This is going to heat up ebook reader market and it has got everything which can make it a kindle (which is priced at $299) killer. This is going keep Amazon on its toes. Gear up Amazon. Its tough time ahead...

The only way it can deliver color screens is to use LCD. That will put it waaaay behind the other ebooks in the amount of time you can use it before returning to the charger. Amazon and Sony use "electronic ink" technology which, although is limited to momochrome displays, can keep reading for days (or even weeks) between charges.
