VentureBeat: BillShrink’s new recommendation engine tells you where to stash your savings

How is this different than what is offered on Mint.com?

BillShrink is a great service. I thought the cell phone bill savings feature was a great idea but given how we are forced into multi-year contracts it had it's limitations. The new savings maximizer is the right service at the right time. Mint is more general and spent a bit too much time trying to be pretty and make great screenshots. I closed down my Mint account now that Intuit owns it. I have been brow-beaten by them one too many times already.

I also had a hard time swallowing that Billshrink and T-Mobile had a relationship. That doesn't sound like great independent advice. - http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/05/20/billshrink...

Pham is all show. Kind of a me-too offering really.
