Paul - you can always tweet us @bing. The Hover Preview pulls out a wicked good caption including your nyt email address, but agree the main caption is underwhemling. Ill have dev take a look.

bing's first result for me is from a discuss file on menelaus from 1988 or so. kinda underwhelming ...

Paul the Bing #1 result for you is the same as the one on google. However i agree seems like the description is got from some external source or links .

I noticed the same thing about my results yesterday. It's a bit eerie seeing that old data dredged up -- and not particularly useful. Bizarre.
