Just want to point out that a $100 million poured in doesn't mean the company must have been worth that or more at any point (even if that's what its investors hoped for).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do you have any other reasons [facts] that show this as a good deal? Otherwise, it seems that you're just guessing. I might tend to guess in that same direction, but for all we know, Movielink was overpriced at $20 million.
