Did you try to claim your company's profile and change it yourself? For months now, I have contacted spoke to indicate that my company is not and never was located in San Francisco -- and the inaccurate SF address is still there.  Given my limited - but consistent - experience, I suspect that spoke could end up being just another spam mail generator with low reliability and high irritability.
