I'm one of the cofounders of Reactivity (left a couple of years ago; am now at Mozilla), and super-happy about this outcome. Want to highlight one thing you said: Accel (and, in particular, Peter Fenton, who's now at Benchmark) stayed with the company through many twists and turns, and I'm very happy to get to an outcome. Peter was/is an exceptional board member, and was committed to us during times that were definitely not the best.

Having worked at Reactivity, I watched as Peter, Ping Li of Accel, and Raman Khanna of Diamondhead repeatedly showed excellent leadership as board members, and consistently demonstrated faith in the company in both high times and low. It is that faith and leadership that often makes the difference between a mediocre outcome, and an excellent outcome, such as this one.

One good thing about Cisco is that they won't acquire a company in which ordinary employees don't have healthy stake. So, I assume that employees must be happy with this acquisition.
