Stealth definitely seems to be something from another era (one before Google). Will be interesting to see what transpires here.

Roche acquired most of Borean's pipeline.

Did they? This release suggests that Roche just acquired a Borean subsidiary in order to get its hands on the candidate protein Apo A-1.

On the other hand, Borean has just yanked its Web site in favor of a largely blank page that lists a contact in San Diego, so it looks like something interesting is happening.
