Well I sure hope Tom doesn't hit the road... I just don't know what I'd do without Tom as a Myspace "friend"!

I sometimes wonder how things work during M&A. Particularly a smaller company being acquired by a giant. Do they allow CEO's to work independently ... does it really help the smaller company from development and research perspective. For instance it looks like Mark Zuckerberg still is driving the company in true sense.

What have the MySpace execs really created that warrants them moving on to "bigger and better" things? They started a business during a boom that although had huge membership never developed a truly successful business model and is now floundering on its way to obsolescence.

If it wasn't for the Internet stupidity of Murdoch, these guys would have already been put out of business by the capital shortfall and complete inability to monetize their user base that Facebook is staring at now.

Yes, they made money for the VC backers, but that was based on a bubble and finding one super-rich sucker. I wouldn't loan these guys my bike if they wanted to start a paper route...

    How old is DeWolfe anyways?
