I have had an awful experiance with divshare. They have really fallen off in the past year, support is unresponsive and they seem to not care about their users. I wrote about it here.

i work with https://valary.com
they have high bids, don't shave, monitor and provide a detailed statistics. PPC is great for advertising pills - very high percentage.
now i am gonna work with them for a 5 month- they do always pay at time, i really appreciate it!

Here at Scribd, we also have a Facebook app that let's students share their documents. It's called Share Homework, and you can try it out here:
