I hope this collaboration lasts forever. I've been using rentacoder.com for 2years. I would also recommend updating the site a little bit because it's a bit old now. And the Elance and third-party outsourcing collaboration may help employ outsourcing agents out there.

It's a good move, and would be useful for ongoing collaboration. We use elance along with rentacoder.com and getafreelancer .. some of the interfaces on these sites are limited or confusing, any improvements are welcome.
