    Saw this news on CNBC in the morning... News like this will only aggravate the pain the financial market is going through and the DOW was seen plunging. Another bad news is that GM having the lowest market cap since 1929 and lowest stock price since 1950s!!

    Revenue +/- 20% in accural accounting practice. On a cash basis, revenue +/- 50% is acceptable.

    IRS need to figure out how to standardize on accounting practice because both accural and cash basis are always subject to interpretation.
