VentureBeat: Even Google can't save Angel Investors

Is it true that this guy would have his email messages printed out and have someone else reply to them since he did not use email at all or know how to use it at all. Is this the same guy who invested in over 240 TECH companies?

    Same guy.

No that is not true at all. Actually Ron always returned emails (himself), even to little guys like myself, and preferred using email.

He shouldn't be bashed. Ron took a risk, made a lot of dreams come true, and gave his investors (high net worth individuals) a chance to dream themselves and become involved in a very exciting time. He didn't deceive anyone and believed in what he was doing. He was a hero of the times.

Just because the portfolio is being sold at 50 cents on the dollar doesn't mean that it won't acheive positive returns. Time will tell. At least CFSB had confidence that there is something here.

Ron lost lots of money and invested in hundreds of bad deals. Selling a partnership at a discount in the secondary market does not make anyones dream come true except for the buyers of the interests. There is no way it will achieve positive returns as it will be done.
