I've been profitable and growing pretty steadily/uniformly despite the changes, although it seems like the whole app craze has calmed a bit. It's a real app with real use.

http://appaholic.com/index....

Check it out for yourself:

http://apps.facebook.com/fa...

On another note, anyone want to own a monetized facebook app? :-)

Re: Facebook clamps down on spam-driven application growth

There are still a few kinks Facebook and the makers of Appsaholic are trying to iron out. We appreciate your patience as we try to fix these issues. Your problem has been logged - if it persists, please come back in a few days. Thanks!

Appsaholic doesn't work.

Re: Facebook clamps down on spam-driven application growth

Facebook appears to let developers duplicate each others' app names. As readers will also notice from the charts in this article, there's more than one "Books" app.

Thankfully, though, Appsaholic and Appaholic avoid such confusion via an "s".

Re: Facebook clamps down on spam-driven application growth

The Facebook app that tracks applications and allows comparison and Viralness stats can be found at http://apps.facebook.com/ap...
