I've never seen someone more physically uncomfortable in an interview. This guy looks like he wants to jump out the window to the left. Forget programmers, he needs to hire a voice coach.

As Jon said, ideas are a dime a dozen. Facebook was never an original idea, it was just done better than the others.

And isn't LinkedIn alread "Facebook for companies"? I'll tell you right now, I don't want to share personal photos with my boss or colleagues the way I do with my friends. (Granted there are a few people who fall into both camps, but I still interact with them differently in the different contexts).
