I would also add UserVoice.com to the list of competitors. While they are ostensibly more focused on suggestions than complaints, the idea of a transparent crowd-sourced customer service platform is the same.

They're definitely competitors, and is taking the enterprise route because that's what UserVoice did. GetSatisfaction has followed a lot of their moves.

Bringing in a enterprise salesperson usually means death for a web based company. I've seen this movie before.

I am amazed just how few comments GetSatisfaction really has for how long they have been in business and all the hype they are putting out. Why are there comment volumes so small for somebody like Zapos?

RightNow is definately NOT a competitor, unless GetSatisfaction finds a way to get about 50,000 man-hours in developingcomplete customer care functionality. GetSatisfaction provides very rudimentary capabilities.

I agree with Joe. Sounds like a lot of hype to me. I am surprised someone from getsatisfaction did not chime in here.
