You can see the clear trend - i think it's the negative oprah effect - millions of new users who don't really care to use the service. Look at alexa stats: http://alexa.com/siteinfo/twitter.com+bebo.com

Look at the 'pageviews' and 'bounce %'. pageviews are stagnated after a clear oprah push on april 17, and bounce% has had a steady boost.

Perhaps all the media attention is pushing twitter too fast
