I wish they would get tough on hackers and do jail time and make an example of them. It might deter the garden variety. Insiders especially should be given no tolerance for abuse. Seems like everytime there is a fix, there is another 2 flaws found.  Seems like a marriage of science and magic is needed for a wedding of patches and fixes for security.
