    Two things set Hootsuite apart; the ability to schedule tweets and built-in stats. To my awareness no other app or service is doing both. These are requirements for a couple of my accounts. Bravo Hootsuite!

    Actually CoTweet does both of these: http://cotweet.com/features. CoTweet also lets you assign Tweets to other team members handling the account. HootSuite's interface is a bit more intuitive if you've used other Twitter clients though.
