A work of art. A masterpiece.

Sadie's Story is an innovative combination of graphic novel and radio drama.

I was there at ground zero:

http://www.bungie.net/Onlin...

I studied every Terminal in Halo 3... The audio clues in ODST take this concept to a new level, offering a deep insight that will make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck...

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

Maybe they meant it would have been nice to see the ODST get back up in the air and "Drop" in again from a position of flight. Oh well. You're right that ODST cannot fly. ORST Orbital Rise Shock Troopers? That's not right.

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

They did credit him. Staten gave credit, the poster gave credit. I love the Metal Gear Solid Comics and Digital graphic novel by Ashley. Wish I could meet the guy, I keep hoping I'll run into him at a Comic Con.

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

I really like it when developers hide extra story in games like this. It reminds me of the metroid prime series, especially 1. there was all kinds of lore you could scan, and skip if you wanted to, but the real fans found and read it all, and it really deepened gameplay by understanding the backstory a little better. It's a good place to put all the storylines that don't really belong anywhere else.

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

ugh they didnt even credit the artist of the pictures (Ashley Wood)
hes fucking amazing

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

"Some things had to be cut. For instance, the troopers can’t fly, even though they are “orbital drop” troopers."

...They're not supposed to be able to fly. They "drop" from their ship (which is in orbit).

Re: How Fourth Wall Studios hid an artistic radio drama inside Halo 3:ODST

Protip: It's spelled MOMBASA.
