LOL @ "supply & demand" .... What, Blank DVD's are a natural resource now hard to come about? Their DVD Burners wore out?

How the f**k can you argue supply & demand with something like a piece of software? There is no limit to how many DVD's they can make, therefore price estimation based on limited supply, in relation to the demand for the item/product is non existent and your argument crumbles.

$70 for a game at any rate is rediculous and just goes to show how big companies and corporations are commercializing the gaming industry now that they see how much money they can make off us (the gamers).

Your average gamer is a 7-22 years old, Now how much money do people in that age group really have? First they have to afford the Xbox 360 now for $199 (w/out HD i think) -- then they have to afford $50 to $70 games?!?! I Wish these companies would see the light, that if they would just make everyone happy and sell the games at a decent price, and sell the consoles at a decent price, and take all the commercialization out, they would make WAY more money, because it would open up the option of purchase to alot more people, allowing the companies to take advantage of volumizing their profits as opposed to price gouging and pissing off the consumers. Also doing this would make a very good reputation for a company and they would be loved, praised, and defended by the gaming community for as long as they continue to operate in such honest and integrable ways.

Too bad some big exec from a gaming company (like activision blizzard) won't read this.

I hope someone reads this and gets educated.
