    Smart move. Labor costs still low (while China and India have become more expensive), well educated population, and great food (just ask Anothony Bourdain).

    Vietnam has come a long way in the past 10 years. I think the late Sec. Ron Brown heading over there in the 90s on one of his dev trips, if I recall. As an aside, it reminds me of a funny story my father-in-law (who's from Vietnam) once told me when he was visiting and driving with a Vietnamese air force colonel past an airfield full of MiG fighter jets lined up in a row "ready to go":

    Father-in-Law: Wow, I'd really like to see one of those MiGs fly.

    Colonel: So would I.

    They've come a long way after a difficult history. Good for them.
