The reason of rejection is now more clear, but will microsoft will come up with better offer for undertake of google in near future.

Microsoft and Yahoo need to combine if they want to even dent Google. They need to sit down again and negotiate. Next thing you know, Microsoft is going to buy out Facebook completely before an IPO... :) What's next - buying out Twitter? Seems like Microsoft has no clear strategy yet.
