    I still hope that the price will get lower...it definitely should!

    Thank you for the post. Of course, it is a good idea that this company decided make chip packaging more economical. Really, we cant imagine our lives without smartphones .Everybody has it. I am sure, company will manufacture it without any problems, it is really an innovation. But, if the price get lower, it would be a doudle pleasure to get it.

    i think chip packaging is not an innovation any more, it is a part of our life. several decades ago we could not imagine it, now we could not imagine our life without it. the technolosy is superb, it helps us to save place and time. we live in in the century of minimalism.
