Well, time is passing and such innovations are really not so shocking or could not bring into delight. Customers are spoiled with diffirent technical novelties and take everything new in a very sceptical way. Still, it's great that the progress is progressing :) But let's remember stories by famous science fiction authors which tell about that due to the technical progress the manhood lost its human appearance.

i think chip packaging is not an innovation any more, it is a part of our life. several decades ago we could not imagine it, now we could not imagine our life without it. the technolosy is superb, it helps us to save place and time. we live in in the century of minimalism.

Thank you for the post. Of course, it is a good idea that this company decided make chip packaging more economical. Really, we cant imagine our lives without smartphones .Everybody has it. I am sure, company will manufacture it without any problems, it is really an innovation. But, if the price get lower, it would be a doudle pleasure to get it.

The technology that has been introduced is really advanced. And as usual Finland is ahead f the rest in IT and other. ))
I still hope that the price will get lower...it definitely should!
