    I've been installing solar PV systems for the last 4 years. Today, the majority of the PV panels installed today are based on Silicon (single or multi-crystal) and they work just fine. Their costs are going down all the time. Over the years, I keep reading about new solar technology that is going to take over all others... but it is never quite ready for commercial production. Then, years go by and nothing... I'm not saying this one isn't going to succeed, but I'll remain skeptical until I get the news that I can buy a product from a distributor that outperforms silicon crystal at a lower cost .
