VentureBeat: Intel on what computers ought to be able to do

Great article, I believe this should also apply to software application we use today. The software should adapt to me, I should not have to adapt my behavior to use something that is supposed to make my life easier.

User oriented design is supposed to help, it doesn't look like many people are following it.
