Compared to other Internet phone services mentioned (and including Skype), jaxtr users are not only more likely to return to the site, but they also generate significantly more page views per user/visit. And the other services mentioned also all offer free calling. Yet, the fact that other services don't have anywhere near jaxtr's membership, growth or page views indicates that user experience and comprehensiveness of solution are important factors for mass consumer adoption.

I must be one of the 5M. Used it once just to see how it worked. Will never use it again. I'll bet millions of their "users" are in the same boat. When are you techbloggers going to stop reporting on "Free Service Gives Away Money. Has Amazing Growth" stories? I guess it creates traffic when you have the "deadpool" story.

Just to add to last comment. Such kind of models show a rocketing performance but then long term sustainability as well as recovery of such startup losses come under question. Many startups have died because of this.

Jaxtr has been popular globally. But only for one time usage as they provide few free minutes post that you had to do activities to gather points redeemable against minutes. Thats a turn off where users just leave it.
