Why the government would let AT&T bring back it's mega monopoly is still crazy.. AT&T is back to it's old games of screwing everyone.

So AT&T, if I buy your over priced service that costs 70 bucks, will I get 3G speed or just the crap you serve up now that is around national average of 100k download?
