    It does make a lot of sense considering that the Dells of the world continue to slash hardware prices and trying hard to make money from service contracts. Having said that, I am not sure that regular consumers needs tech support every other week to sign up for a monthly subscription. If the fees is bundled with a hardware purchase then there is better chance it will fly. But again, the hardware vendors are trying to make money of support too.


    Got to love the name iyogi! :-)
