Your reference to Stalin is pathetic. (Stalin, as you may recall, killed millions.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If candidates relied only on public financing, many more people cwould be able to compete for public office. Moreover, they might just be judged on their merits, not their millions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My question about Lessig is whether he has the political chops to campaign day after day in pursuit of this job.
