    Open source enterprise search is definitely poised to increase in market share with the downturn in the economy. Lucene is also actively the core of several other commercial enterprise search vendors like Attivio and SearchBlox. Interesting to see how support for open source search and products with Lucene bundled in fare during the downturn.
