Speed test shocker: AT&T wins Gizmodo’s 12-city 3G megatest
But the broader question you touch on (destination site building on Google vs. totally new search paradigm) is interesting. Instinctively, I have more faith in someone who says, "Well, we're not going to beat Google at search per se, so how else can we get in the game?" It seems more realistic than, say, shifting paradigm as required by your company Quintura. But maybe I'm not seeing the bigger picture?
if you call your competitor a "loser", it helps to add a disclaimer stating you own a search site that also sits atop Google (and Yandex). Seriously, this is appalling. You should learn to be less jealous to other's success. I for one would love to know what other companies out there do Google Android as their primary business, but so far, fail to find any! Looks like my only competitors are individual developers, and a bit of Motorola...
