VentureBeat: Marketing software company HubSpot raises $12M

    They plan to spent $16 million on research and development? I'm thinking NOT. My bet is that it goes into sales and marketing. After round 2, there is usually an emphasis on making money. Also, their tools seem pretty sharp as is it. My guess is that they did the big spend on the tools first... Now it's time for the return.
