This company is a fraud. I have reported them to the BBB. Just google Mercantila and you'll see.
I was charged for a wine cabinet in March that I still have received...3 MONTHS LATER. No one knows where it is!

This company is criminal in their unethical practices. They need to be shut down. It is amazing how difficult it is to bring attention to the criminal practices they seem to get away with. They charged me $445 on my credit card and never delivered the product and will not refund my money. Stay away from them. Shut them down and put them out of business.
