The "face" of email is changing, so its less about "who" the provider is or "where" its hosted and more about what an individual actually uses and how well that "tool" integrates with an individual's electronic communications needs.

It seems to me that the days of people using ISP offered email-addresses are pretty much numbered, most people prefer to use Yahoo/GMail/MSN/AOL since it implies email-portability even when you switch ISPs...
