I'm not an attorney, but this sounds like a lot of bull.  If you say someone is infringing on your patents and you don't openly state what the problem is, I don't believe future claims on this matter can be enforceable one bit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The other issue I'm having with this is that Micro$oft hasn't changed much in their stand.  They are basically saying "if you're a coder with only 2 cents in your pocket, it won't be worth pursuing any patent infringement and hence you're free to do as you please.
