Actually David is wrong. Borrego means cum guzzler in spanish slang. Sheep in spanish is chivo, so in other words borrego means "silly cum guzzler."

It's a bit surprising to hear the principals focused on the branding as their strategic angle versus the sell-back economics that seem quite compelling. I don't think it would be easy raising capital on the basis that your competitors name in Spanish means 'Silly Donkey'.
