Matt, interestingly Fox Interactive has risen its stake, with NY Times claiming that the deal is near closure with them! Price tag according to these folks near $300 million. Update's here..

Three rounds by my count -- March 2005, May 2006, and August 2006 -- with a total amount raised around $17 million.

Lately Photobucket has been promoting its image search capabilities, which could add functionality to <acronym title="Fox Interactive Media">FIM</acronym> beyond what MySpace Photos and Video can currently offer.
