I already have lowered my service to make sure they lose money on this decision. I'm seriously thinking about canceling. One more blunder like this, and I'm done with netflix.

I wouldn't blame just NetFlix, blame Sony for making one of the most expensive media delivery devices out there. Go to Best Buy and look at the price of a blank DVD vs a blank Blu-Ray. I can get 20+ DVDs for the price of one Blu-Ray. Now compare new release movie on DVD vs Blu-Ray. They were obviously losing money with their Blu-Ray program, and I don't blame them for reacting to it.

What a way to say "thank you" to their customers... a price hike in the middle of a recession. I guess Piratebay has to settle their suits asap.
