Google has both.  Facebook has tons of consumption, but a tougher time putting itself in the midst of transactions.  Twitter's got crazy consumption, and you could argue a better ability to position itself in the context of transactions than Facebook (different use-case and better search dynamics than FB) - but still has a long way to go to mature its transaction relevance.
