Whereas &lt;a href="http://mint.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="mint.com"&gt;mint.com&lt;/a&gt; looks legit.  I'm not saying &lt;a href="http://outright.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="outright.com"&gt;outright.com&lt;/a&gt; is a scam, I'm just saying...something about it looks like one of those spam websites.
