I know this probably seems insanely old school, but checking on your minutes, data, and texts is incredibly easy with nearly every carrier, without an app. Just dial one of the following and you'll get a text message back with everything you need to know:

*MIN# gives you your remaining minutes

*DATA# gives you your remaining data, including your texts.

I know for sure it works on AT&T, and have heard that it works on many other carriers. I imagine that he app is nice, but it's sure easy enough on your keypad without going to a website.

That's a good point, Matthew, but I think the PageOnce app includes more data than what you mentioned here. And yeah, text messaging is so old school ...
