Have you used BrightCove's services?  While, highly overpriced and out-of-reach for SMB it is BY FAR the best online video content delivery system out there.  We looked into using them and did a demo of their services.  Their player, encoding, and back-end is awesome.  They are way more than just a Vimeo or YouTube.  If you are a big company wanting to deliver video online they are the best choice.
