    Good article Anthony. Good to meet a Stanford Alumni! It looks like Apple's innovation shrinks a bit wihtout Jobs, and the iphone 3gs is less of a hype:

    Ingredients:
    1 pound Beef liver; sliced
    2 medium Apples; chopped
    1 medium Onion; chopped
    1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/8 teaspoon Pepper
    6 slices Bacon; cut in pieces
    1/4 cup Water; or beef bouillon



    Directions:
    Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid.

    Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
