bobqu · 1 year agoHow did they get a 500% return the company had 2 rounds what did 10mm in the second round buy. It must have been over 50% of the company which I doubt I think Ackerman is using fuzzy math. If the vc's made that the founders and employees must have gotten very little.

Anthony Ha · 1 year agoHmm, I'm not quite following you here. Why do you say they must have had more than 50 percent of the company? I've never really dealt with the nitty-gritty of divvying up acquisition money before, so maybe I'm just being dense.

bobqu · 1 year agoYou have to assume that Allegis probably by leading the round put in 5mm 500% would be $25-30mm? payout that equates to approxiamately 25% of the company that a big stake for a 2nd round financing.
