The new symptom search from healthline seems promising, but the results I got from a few tests were just OK.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Searching for the symptom "chest pain" shows "chest pain" as the #1 result.  I would have expected "heart attack", the most critical possibility, to be the #1 result.  Looks like it needs some refining, but still a neat tool.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(shameless plug) - I have a health search engine with some features that I think are pretty neat.  We offer 4 separate search engines: alternative health, only forums/boards, pet health, and the general engine .
