Oil is haded to $100/barrel and beyond because other nations are consuming more oil. The dollar is tanking vs. the Euro (1999:$.90/euro, 2007:$1.43/Euro). Deficits and trade imbalances matter. Buffet is right. Cheney is wrong. More oil consumption is not the solution. Hydrogen is not the solution. Bring back the trains on the Bay Area bridges. The right to drive is not guarenteed in the constitution.
Fix the Bay Area mass transit disaster. There are ~50 different Bay Area mass transit government organizations. It takes too long to go from A to B in the Bay Area. Someone should start a company to build scheduling software to coordinate the different agencies schedules and measure their performance to the schedule.
